JDC-A angle measuring instrumentAngle measuring instrument is a newly developed instrument for measuring the angle of table top, equipped with imported inclination sensor, which has the characteristics of fast measurement speed, high measurement accuracy and low environmental requirements.1, the composition of the instrumentJDC-A angle measuring instrument consists of two parts: measuring host and regulated power supply.

1.1 measuring host
The main machine consists of a rotating part, a fixed base and two liquid crystals. There are three buttons and a power interface on the top of the host (as shown below).

1.2 regulated power supply
One end of the regulated power supply is connected with civil 220V alternating current, and the other end is connected with the power interface at the top of the host.

2. Technical parametersMeasuring angle range: -5 degrees ~+5 degreesNumber of measuring axes: 2D in horizontal directionMeasurement accuracy: 0.002 degreesPower supply voltage: AC 220v 50Hz (standard civil electricity).Temperature range:-15℃ ~ 40℃Instrument size: ≤140x140x170(mm)Humidity of working environment: ≤90RH%3, instrument operation steps1. Put the instrument flat on the measuring table and fix it at four corners with screws to ensure that it will not slide during the measurement.2. Plug the regulated power supply into the top of the host, turn on the power switch, the LCD screen on the host will display the initial interface, and the host will beep to indicate that the power supply is connected.Select calibration and measurement according to the display prompts. If the instrument has been moved or the measuring environment has changed before measurement, it is necessary to calibrate the current environment again. Click the < Calibration > button at the top of the host in the mode selection interface, and the calibration value will be saved in the host every time. If the measuring environment has not changed and the instrument has been calibrated once, you can click < Measure > and go directly to work.

4. calibration process: click < calibration > in the mode selection interface to enter the calibration state. The liquid crystal display is as follows:

Click the < calibration > button after the angle data is stable, and the liquid crystal display is as follows:

Rotate the rotator on the main engine, rotate the main engine by 180 degrees, and then click the < Measure > key after the equiangular data is stable. At this time, the calibration is completed and the measurement mode is entered. The liquid crystal display is as follows:

5. In the mode selection interface in step 3, click < Measure > to directly enter the measurement mode. At this time, the values of x and y displayed by the instrument are correction values to offset the system error.

5. Precautions5.1 Avoid vibrationWhen transporting instruments, it is best to pack them or consider earthquake-proof measures to avoid serious collision with the instruments.5.2 Installation and disassemblyWhen installing the instrument on the workbench, you should hold the base part of the instrument with one hand and rotate the fixing bolt of the base with the other hand to prevent the instrument from slipping, and the same should be done when unloading the instrument. Keep the instrument in an upright position. If the distance is far away, remove the instrument and put it in the instrument box for handling.5.3 Keep it cleanAfter the instrument is used, the dust on the surface of the instrument should be removed with flannel or brush, and the instrument should be dried in time after being drenched by rain. Do not use chemical wipes to scrub the battery box and plastic parts. If necessary, use a soft cloth soaked in water to scrub the above parts.
