Examination system for boiler operators in power station
I. General requirements
This procurement is a procurement project for the actual operation of the simulation training and examination system for thermal power generation operators (excluding the hardware equipment such as servers and terminals required by the simulation room). This project takes the boiler unit of circulating fluidized bed power station as the simulation object, and the supplier provides a high-fidelity simulation model that at least includes the above modules, and meets the following functions:
1. The actual operation simulation exercise of the thermal power generating set operators;
2. Simulation assessment of actual operation and fault handling of boiler equipment of thermal power generating units;
3. Student information management and maintenance, database management, assessment settings;
4. Examination process management, recording and storage, and examination results recording and storage;
5. The contents and functions of training and assessment shall meet the requirements of People's Republic of China (PRC) electric power industry standard DL/T 1022-2015 "Technical Specification for Thermal Power Unit Simulator" issued by the National Development and Reform Commission and the assessment outline for special equipment operators (TSG Z6001-2019 "Assessment Outline for Boiler Safety Managers and Operators") and other technical specifications.
